Accounting Administrator

Job Duties:
The accounting administrator is responsible for keep track of company accounting record , business transaction, inventory and office administrative work

Responsibilities

1. Establish and maintain supplier and customer related accounts information
2. Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the accounting system
3. Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable systems in order to ensure complete and accurate records of all moneys
4. Generate purchasing order, customer invoices, delivery notes
5. Follow up of revenue collection for delay payment
6. Keep track of the inventory record
7. Carry out general administrative and office managerial tasks

Requirement：

1. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
2. Diploma or above related to accounting principle
3. Good interpersonal skills with logical mind
4. Conversant in English and Cantonese
5. Work with the auditor for filing of accounting report for each fiscal year

Project Manager

Job Duties:
Managing project execution by setting up the project team and manage the team to complete assigned projects. Act as the main contact point for assigned customers from the project team for issues regarding the project. Providing support for proposal development, estimation and presales activities.

Requirement：

1. 7 years of experiences with at least 3 years in the capacity of project manager role in the structure cabling or computer site preparation and moving industry.
2. Knowledgeable in the cabling technologies with previous hand on experience is preferred
3. Lead the project team for problem identification and investigation
4. Proven track records to deliver the projects in good quality standard
5. Able to work in tight schedule and flexible working hours
6. Good English communication and interpersonal skills
7. Knowledge in producing charts and drawing in using MS-Project, Visio and AutoCAD software
8. Graduate in technical institute or above

System Draftsman

Job Duties:
The draftsman will be responsible for the drawing/reproducing engineering prints and schematics in Visio and AutoCAD

Requirement：

1. Minimum 2 years of experiences in develops engineering drawings, either infrastructure or application related, using Visio and AutoCAD..
2. Develops engineering drawings for various reasons including site plans, electrical and cabling interconnects and mechanical plans for specialized hardware
3. Draft from sketches and mark-ups made by system designer
4. Able to work in tight schedule and flexible working hours
5. Good interpersonal skill and used to work in team effort environment
6. Graduate in technical institute or VTC OR above

Receptionist

Job Duties:
The receptionist greets visitors, handles incoming calls and performs general administrative duties. Also may assist other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry and internet research tasks.

Requirement：

1. Form 5 up with 2 years receptionist experiences
2. Handling incoming phone calls, mailing, delivery requests and courier arrangements etc
3. Assist the administration manager to mange the inventory stock, office facilities and administration support in the office
4. Knowledge of using MS-office software to produce document, spreadsheet and presentation slide in English and Chinese
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills

Technician

Job Duties:
The technician mainly working on fiber optic, cabling and power system of facility project included installing, labeling, terminating, and testing

Requirement：

1. Minimum of 2 years experiences to carry out installation and testing work related to structured cabling system included pulling, dressing, and punch down/terminations of category 5/6cable, asset tagging
2. Able to perform physical layer troubleshooting and report irregularities to the team supervisor
3. Experienced in perform critical incident management to ensuring root cause analysis is researched, resolved and perform post –review audit for all incidents. Accountable for auditing of controls, control procedures and ensuring that they are enforced
4. Good interpersonal skills and used to work in team effort environment
5. Form 5 or technical institute graduate

Account Manager

Job Duties:
The account manager will engage with assigned customers, focusing on providing leadership and expertise on the services and solutions offered by Kwong Wah to customers. In order to meet assigned sales quota, the account manager is responsible for developing high impact client relationships, developing new business accounts and managing the continued account growth of existing business.

Requirement：

1. Minimum 7 years of experiences in electrical engineering industry with an electrical grade C qualification
2. Strong business acumen and ability to clearly articulate customer needs into business requirements
3. Experiences in response to customer RFP in the electrical system tender
4. Familiar with the regulation, terms and conditions in the electrical engineering industry
5. Provide technical advice and guidance to customers in the use and exploitation of provided solutions
6. Maintain and develop a high level of product and technical knowledge in areas as necessary to support the design role
7. Good English communication skills and interpersonal skill
